Recently, Shanghai Calcium Blue Era Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough: Certified by the international authoritative institution (National Photovoltaic Industry Metrology and Testing Center), the R&D team of Shanghai Calcium Blue Era Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd./Shanghai Jiao Tong University has attained a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 24.2% with no hysteresis (forward scan 24.2%, reverse scan 24.1%) on a 20.3 cm² module. The steady-state certified efficiency has surpassed 24% for the first time internationally, with no decay throughout the process, setting a new world record. This breakthrough marks the first time perovskite, as a new photovoltaic technology, has reached the efficiency level of mass-produced crystalline silicon modules, representing a milestone advancement in perovskite photovoltaic technology.
