On November 25, CHINT GREEN ENERGY’s Philippine branch held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Butuan 13MW solar power plant project in Butuan City, located in the northeastern part of Mindanao. It is reported that the Butuan project is the first megawatt-level solar power station in the province, holding significant demonstrative importance for the local clean energy industry. This project marks an important return of CHINT GREEN ENERGY to the Philippine market and is a key step in the company’s ongoing strategic expansion within the Southeast Asian clean energy sector.
