CR Power Delays Bidding for 3GW Module Tender

On July 15, 2025, China Resources Power announced that the bidding process for its second batch of centralized PV module procurement in 2025 has been postponed to August 18, 2025, with the exact date to be confirmed later. The delay is attributed to external environmental changes and adjustments in project construction timelines.

On July 1, CR Power issued a tender notice for the second batch of PV module procurement in 2025. The bidding entity is China Resources New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., with the original bid opening scheduled for July 22, 2025.

According to the tender notice, the procurement is divided into three lots, totaling 3GW of N-type TOPCon bifacial double-glass PV modules.

  • Lot 1: Procurement volume of 1,500MW, with delivery scheduled from August to December 2025.
  • Lot 2: Procurement volume of 1,200MW, with delivery scheduled from August to December 2025.
  • Lot 3: Procurement volume of 300MW, with delivery scheduled from August 2025 to February 2026.
