DAS Solar’s globalization strategy gains another Latin American foothold, partnering with Brazilian renewable energy developer TR Energia to complete two ground-mounted PV projects in the cities of Itaíba and Agrestina, Pernambuco State, Brazil, with a total installed capacity of 8.6 MW. Both grid-connected projects utilize DAS Solar’s self-developed high-efficiency modules and are expected to generate enough annual electricity to meet the needs of approximately 5,000 households, setting a benchmark for PV applications in Latin America.
