Hoymiles Unveils Full-Scenario Energy Storage Solutions at SNEC 2025

On June 11th, Hoymiles made a striking appearance at the Shanghai exhibition, showcasing its comprehensive range of energy storage solutions across all scenarios and its latest technological achievements.

At the exhibition, Hoymiles’ full lineup of energy storage products captivated numerous visitors. For DIY enthusiasts, the MS Micro Storage System offers plug-and-play convenience and flexible deployment. Catering to the diverse energy needs of households, Hoymiles has established a complete residential energy storage product lineup. In the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage sector, products such as the HPCS125 Power Conversion System (PCS), the HoyCore Outdoor Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage System, and the HoyUltra Series All-in-One Energy Storage Systems meet the demands of various scales and applications in the C&I sector. Additionally, the HPCS Series Centralized PCS, the HIM Series PCS with Integrated Step-Up Transformer, and the HoyPrime Integrated Container Energy Storage System provide robust technical support for large-scale power plants globally.

At the exhibition site, Hoymiles’ new-generation full liquid-cooled C&I energy storage system, the HoyUltra 2, became the focal point of the booth. The HoyUltra 2 adopts a PACK+PCS full liquid-cooled architecture, enabling precise temperature control. The temperature difference between battery cells and between IGBT modules within the PCS is maintained below 2°C, extending the system’s lifespan by 20%. Multiple liquid-cooled operating modes intelligently match different temperature and power conditions, reducing auxiliary power consumption by over 30% and significantly shortening the user’s payback period.

In the residential energy storage domain, the three-phase low-voltage hybrid energy storage inverter, HIT, offers an output power range of 5–20kW for three-phase systems, with seamless grid-connected/off-grid switching capabilities. Equipped with 4 Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels and a DC/AC ratio of up to 200%, it flexibly adapts to multi-oriented rooftops, comprehensively enhancing energy utilization efficiency. The MS Series Micro Storage System utilizes high-quality batteries, supporting over 6,000 charge-discharge cycles. It allows users to set their own schedules for using or storing solar energy, avoiding peak electricity tariffs and maximizing energy returns.

At the Hoymiles booth, the company’s residential energy storage solutions demonstrated a deep integration of photovoltaic-storage coordination, intelligent energy management, and off-grid backup power capabilities, presenting a vision of a green-transformed lifestyle. These solutions empower users to achieve more efficient, reliable, and independent energy consumption experiences.

In the large-scale energy storage sector, Hoymiles’ 2.5MW Grid-Forming Liquid-Cooled Power Conversion System, HPCS2500, released in April this year, exhibits excellent grid compatibility. It can operate stably under extremely weak grid conditions with a minimum Short Circuit Ratio (SCR) of 1.0, featuring grid-forming Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) capabilities and black-start functionality. It provides auxiliary services such as inertia support and damping control for the grid.

In addition to its energy storage products, Hoymiles’ new-generation photovoltaic power plant string inverter, the HINV320HX-G2, made its debut at the exhibition. Equipped with 6 MPPT channels, each supporting 75A DC input current, it achieves a dynamic MPPT efficiency of up to 99.99%, maintaining exceptional tracking accuracy and stability in complex scenarios. The Total Harmonic Distortion of Input Current (THDi) at full load is below 1%, with power quality far exceeding national standards. With its comprehensive reliability design and flexible system integration capabilities, it adapts to today’s diverse application scenarios and complex operating environments.
