DAEGU, South Korea — The 23rd International Green Energy Expo 2026 will run April 22–24 at EXCO in Daegu, bringing together companies and industry stakeholders across solar power, energy storage and hydrogen, organizers said.
Billed as Korea’s largest renewable energy exhibition and among the top-tier PV trade fairs globally, the event is supported by the Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, organized by EXCO, and co-hosted by four industry groups: the Korea Renewable Energy Association Federation, the Korea Photovoltaic Industry Association, the Korea New & Renewable Energy Association, and the Korea Hydrogen Industry Association.
The exhibition will be held in West Building Hall 2 and East Building Halls 4, 5 and 6 at EXCO. Key sectors will include PV, energy storage systems (ESS), hydrogen, wind power, and carbon reduction solutions.
Organizers said a broad mix of domestic and international participants is expected, including sponsors such as Hanwha Q CELLS, HD Hyundai Energy Solutions, Grand Sun Technology Group, and Hansol Technics.
The expo is positioned as a business-to-business platform, with organizers planning expanded media outreach and buyer recruitment programs targeting renewable energy firms and public-sector stakeholders, alongside efforts to attract overseas buyers.
Major conference and business programs will be held alongside the exhibition, including sessions focused on solar and hydrogen markets, training events, and export consultation meetings, organizers said.
Last year’s edition drew participants from universities and research institutes, government and public agencies, manufacturers and trading companies, according to organizers. Attendees showed particular interest in PV products—such as cells, modules, inverters, thin-film technologies and mounting structures—as well as areas including power-trading brokerage platforms, ESS, bioenergy, solar thermal and fuel cells.
The Green Energy Expo marks its 23rd edition in 2026.
