Recently, a vice president of Longi held talks with Mr. ATADET AZARAK MOGRO, Permanent Secretary of the Central African Power Pool (CAPP), and Mr. RIGOBERT GBAZI, Head of the Power Technology Department. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and reached a consensus on leveraging efficient photovoltaic solutions to accelerate the popularization of electricity and eliminate energy poverty in Central Africa.
The Central African Power Pool (CAPP) is a regional power cooperation organization composed of 11 Central African countries, including Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, and the Central African Republic. It aims to coordinate and promote the development of energy infrastructure and power interconnection in the region. In some member countries, up to 80% of the areas lack electricity supply, and local residents are eager to use economical and accessible electric power to improve their lives.
