On July 16, according to an announcement on LONGi Green Energy’s official WeChat account, LONGi recently jointly announced with the Spanish engineering and construction group Elecnor that they will build a 60MW ground-mounted photovoltaic power station in the Dominican Republic. The project owner is the Dominican Republic’s national power company, EGE Haina, the largest power generation enterprise in the Caribbean. After multiple rounds of calculations and technical solution comparisons, the project ultimately decided to fully adopt LONGi’s latest HPBC 2.0 technology Hi-MO 9 modules.
