Recently, Super Typhoon Ragasa made landfall in the Yangjiang area of Guangdong Province, causing severe damage to a photovoltaic power station covering an area of 1,700 mu. A large number of photovoltaic panels were seriously damaged in the fierce winds and heavy rain .
It is reported that this photovoltaic power station was officially put into operation in August 2015, with a designed service life of 25 years and an expected annual power generation capacity of 57 million kWh .
