Sigenergy Debuts at SNEC 2025: Building the Future of Photovoltaic and Energy Storage with AI Intelligence

On June 11, as one of the world’s fastest-growing new energy technology enterprises, Sigenergy made a splash at the 2025 SNEC exhibition by showcasing its full-scenario intelligent photovoltaic and energy storage product matrix spanning from residential to commercial and industrial applications, along with the newly upgraded mySigenergy App 3.0. The exhibition highlighted Sigenergy’s cutting-edge achievements in artificial intelligence, power electronics, and system integration.

Through the seamless integration of hardware and software, Sigenergy fully unleashes the transformative potential of AI-driven photovoltaic and energy storage convergence, steering the industry towards a new era of intelligence, systematization, and sustainability with the most advanced technologies and superior products.

Against the backdrop of the accelerating wave of intelligent photovoltaic and energy storage systems, Sigenergy has taken the lead in completing a full-stack transition of AI from underlying concepts to practical deployment. AI has been deeply integrated into every aspect of its product ecosystem—from optimizing energy interaction experiences, adjusting system operation strategies, to intelligent device operation and maintenance, and user communication support, constructing a truly deployable, understandable, and collaborative intelligent energy ecosystem.

To date, Sigenergy’s AI has been deployed in tens of thousands of power stations globally. Taking real-world data from Sweden as an example, the system has helped users reduce electricity costs by an average of 70.3%, validating the immense potential of AI technology in enhancing energy storage economics and operational efficiency.

During the SNEC exhibition, Sigenergy officially launched the newly upgraded mySigenergy App 3.0, a representative achievement in making AI capabilities “front-stage visible.” The new version not only revolutionizes the user experience but also transforms AI value from backend algorithms into a perceptible and interactive intelligent experience.

The mySigenergy App 3.0 features a more powerful AI assistant with deep thinking and reasoning capabilities. It can construct clear chains of thought when faced with complex problems and provide detailed, easy-to-understand explanations, assisting users in quickly grasping system operation logic and accurately locating device anomalies.

Meanwhile, the app clearly presents the logical origins and execution paths of AI-formulated strategies, explaining each decision-making step in text, enabling users not only to “see” system behaviors but also to “read” the underlying rationale, truly achieving an “explainable” intelligent interaction experience.

Additionally, users can proactively inform the system of upcoming high-load scenarios (such as family gatherings, centralized vehicle charging, etc.), and AI will formulate energy storage strategies in advance, enabling proactive energy management tailored to real-life scenarios.

In tandem with this intelligent assistant, the app’s data visualization capabilities have also been significantly enhanced. It introduces Sankey diagrams for the first time to showcase energy flow paths, allowing users to visually inspect the proportions and directions of various energy sources such as photovoltaics, energy storage, charging, and loads, and compare them with historical data to comprehensively grasp system operational efficiency and trends.

Through this series of innovative upgrades, Sigenergy is bringing “visible intelligence” into the daily energy consumption experiences of every user, enabling AI to not only serve deep within the technology but also truly enter every household and scenario, driving energy management towards a new stage of intelligence, proactivity, and friendliness.

Sigenergy’s Zero-Carbon Park Solution includes a series of commercial and industrial inverters (50kW-125kW) and modular energy storage systems, widely applicable to scenarios such as industrial parks, commercial centers, data centers, and ground-mounted installations.

Sigenergy’s commercial and industrial photovoltaic and energy storage inverters are equipped with energy storage interfaces, enabling easy adaptation to pure photovoltaic, pure energy storage, or integrated photovoltaic and energy storage modes. Users can flexibly combine configurations based on actual needs.

In pure photovoltaic application scenarios, Sigenergy provides the lightest and smallest hybrid inverters in the same power segment, significantly reducing installation complexity and enhancing on-site construction efficiency. All commercial and industrial inverters are equipped with energy storage interfaces, supporting flexible upgrades from pure photovoltaic to integrated photovoltaic and energy storage modes, allowing users to easily expand their systems according to their development pace.

Moreover, the inverters are equipped with the industry’s longest 500-meter AFCI protection capability, offering broader string protection ranges to ensure system safety and stable operation. During the string design phase, there is no need to consider long-distance AFCI failures due to complex on-site factors.

In grid-connected scenarios, Sigenergy’s Zero-Carbon Park solution centers on a DC-coupled architecture to comprehensively enhance system cycling efficiency and energy utilization. The capacity ratio can reach up to 2 times, supporting direct charging of energy storage batteries with excess DC electricity. The DC-coupled architecture also avoids energy losses during AC inversion, improving cycling efficiency (RTE) by 2%.

Additionally, in large-scale grid-connected projects, DC-coupled systems are simpler than AC-coupled systems, saving on energy storage converters and medium-voltage cabinets. Fewer devices not only mean lower initial investment costs but also less maintenance workload, bringing higher returns to customers.

Sigenergy’s Zero-Carbon Park adopts a fully modular design, greatly facilitating spare parts management and lifecycle maintenance for customer power stations. Each module has a capacity of 12kWh, supporting flexible configurations from 50kWh to hundreds of MWh, enabling customization based on users’ actual energy storage needs. Faulty modules can be replaced in just 2 hours, significantly enhancing system reliability.

The system is equipped with self-developed EMS and BMS, enabling millisecond-level data acquisition and charge-discharge response. Combined with dynamic electricity prices and load changes, it automatically adjusts strategies to achieve economic models of “buying low and using high” and “buying low and selling high,” helping users maximize economic benefits.

In terms of battery safety, Sigenergy’s commercial and industrial energy storage systems employ six-layer battery safety protections, including built-in fire suppression modules, comprehensive temperature sensor coverage, high-temperature-resistant insulation pads, built-in smoke detectors, pressure relief valves, and insulating thermal barriers. These measures enable zero-distance detection of cell thermal runaway and millisecond-level response, over 60 seconds faster than traditional solutions. Additionally, every 12kWh is equipped with an independent fire suppression device, providing comprehensive system safety protection.

Furthermore, the IP66 protection rating and fully sealed architecture, coupled with maintenance-free design, fully ensure system stability and safety. Sigenergy’s solution also offers comprehensive care from automatic device diagnostics to remote automatic inspections, further optimizing intelligent operation and maintenance management.

In microgrid scenarios, Sigenergy’s system not only possesses all the functions of grid-connected photovoltaic and energy storage systems but also supports 1.5 times overloading capacity, easily coping with impact loads. Through matching energy gateway series products, the system can achieve rapid off-grid switching, widely applicable to residential, commercial, and industrial scenarios. Among them, the energy gateway has a single-unit power of up to 2.4MW, leading the industry, and can be flexibly adapted according to scenario needs. In emergency situations, the system can also seamlessly integrate with diesel generators to ensure stable operation of critical loads, providing users with continuous and reliable power guarantees.

Sigenergy’s microgrid solution is designed with efficient collaboration in mind, achieving smoother off-grid startups and more reliable operation. Through the integration of modular, scalable commercial and industrial photovoltaic and energy storage systems with AI intelligent strategies, it constructs a new generation of safe, efficient, and intelligent microgrid solutions, assisting users in achieving energy self-sufficiency and efficient operation and maintenance under various complex environments.

At the exhibition, Sigenergy officially launched its second-generation residential hybrid inverter, continuing the integrated design philosophy. The product is only 99mm thick and adopts a fanless design, with operating noise as low as 25dB, bringing users an ultimate silent experience. While compressing volume, performance is enhanced, better meeting the dual demands of aesthetics and comfort in modern residences.

The second-generation residential hybrid inverter boasts an industry-leading maximum conversion efficiency of 99.0%, capable of achieving 200% peak output capacity in off-grid states and supporting up to 2 times capacity ratio, truly realizing stable operation under high-load scenarios and helping users maximize photovoltaic benefits. Additionally, the second-generation residential hybrid inverter is equipped with energy storage interfaces, supporting flexible upgrades in the later stage and effectively reducing long-term costs for users.

Sigenergy’s micro-inverter has also undergone a new upgrade, achieving an industry-leading conversion efficiency of 97.5%. The product pioneers built-in EMS control systems and WIFI Mesh networking technology, offering stronger scenario adaptability and deployment convenience, enabling rapid online operation in as little as 5 minutes. Meanwhile, it is equipped with DAB patent topology and AI recognition deployment algorithms, bringing users a more stable and intelligent photovoltaic power generation experience.

For residential and small commercial and industrial application scenarios, Sigenergy has integrated photovoltaic inverters, energy storage converters, energy storage batteries, DC charging modules, and energy management systems to launch the SigenergyStor photovoltaic and energy storage integrated machine, supporting rapid grid-connected and off-grid switching to provide stable power supply during outages. With its efficient energy management system, advanced multi-layer safety protection mechanisms, and innovative AI integration capabilities, SigenergyStor has been widely acclaimed since its launch.

The upgraded SigenergyStor system is equipped with new 314Ah high-capacity cells, offering a cycle life of up to 10,000 times and supporting mixed use of old and new batteries, further extending the system lifecycle and reducing replacement costs. Meanwhile, two new battery modules—BAT 6.0 and BAT 10.0—have been launched, not only offering higher energy density but also enhancing the configuration flexibility of the overall system, fully meeting the diverse needs of household and small commercial users for energy storage capacity and spatial adaptation.
