Sigenergy Unveils AI-Driven Energy Innovations at Intersolar Europe 2025

During Intersolar Europe 2025, Sigenergy hosted a high-profile launch event at Munich’s Brainlab Tower, showcasing its latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, power electronics, and energy digitization.

Xu Yingtong, Chairman and CEO of Sigenergy, delivered a keynote speech, reflecting on the company’s rapid growth trajectory and outlining its future vision. “Sigenergy was founded on the unwavering belief that energy systems must be smarter, more interconnected, and people-centric,” Xu stated. “We are not merely a hardware company; we are building an AI-powered intelligent energy ecosystem.”

Since its establishment in 2022, Sigenergy has expanded its footprint to over 60 countries globally, achieving substantial market share gains in residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) markets across Europe, Africa, and Oceania. This launch event not only marked a milestone in Sigen’s globalization journey but also served as a preview of its future strategic roadmap.

Zhang Jiawei, General Manager of Sales and Solutions at Sigenergy, systematically introduced the company’s latest advancements in software platforms, hardware portfolios, and integrated solutions.

Sigen officially unveiled its upgraded mySigen App 3.0, a platform co-created with user feedback and featuring multiple innovations. The new version introduces Sankey diagram-based energy flow visualization, integrated with an AI assistant capable of forecasting electricity tariffs and loads, analyzing trends, generating operational recommendations, and enabling proactive energy allocation through preset high-load scenarios.

Sigen launched a series of new products:

2nd-Gen Residential Hybrid Inverter: Boasting a 99mm ultra-thin design and fanless operation for 25dB noise reduction, it delivers 200% off-grid peak output, 99.0% conversion efficiency, and 200% power oversizing capacity, with flexible energy storage upgrade support.

SigenMicro Microinverter: Embedded with EMS and WiFi Mesh networking, it features proprietary DAB topology and AI-powered auto-deployment technology, achieving 5-minute onboarding, module-level MPPT, and sub-150ms self-healing reconfiguration.

Sigen EVAC Smart Charging Hub: Supports parallel connection of up to 100 EV chargers, tailored for commercial parking lots, shopping malls, and similar venues.

Sigen Grid-Tie/Off-Grid Switch Cabinet: Scalable to 2,400kW capacity, compatible with diesel generator integration, and capable of rapid grid-tie/off-grid switching for emergency power needs.

Hybrid Energy Storage System (ESS) All-in-One: Upgraded with BAT 6.0 and BAT 10.0 modules using 314Ah cells, offering 10,000-cycle lifespan, mixed-battery compatibility, and flexible capacity expansion.

Zhang also emphasized Sigen’s full-scenario C&I PV-ESS solutions, centered on the SigenStack + HYB hybrid system, covering 50kW–125kW inverters and modular ESS units. The solution adapts to pure PV, grid-tied hybrid, and off-grid hybrid applications, meeting diverse needs in industrial parks, commercial complexes, data centers, and utility-scale projects.

To optimize system efficiency and ROI, Sigen’s PV-ESS adopts an advanced DC-coupled architecture, enhancing cycle efficiency by minimizing AC-DC conversion losses. This reduces energy loss from multiple current/voltage transformations, boosting system efficiency by up to 2%.

In large-scale grid-tied projects, the DC-coupled system’s simplified design eliminates the need for separate ESS converters and medium-voltage cabinets, lowering both upfront investment and maintenance costs. Combined with IP66-rated maintenance-free design, this ensures system reliability and safety, delivering higher returns for clients through reduced initial and O&M expenditures.
