What is being approved now?
Separate an early budget, technical option, RFQ, supplier comparison and investment decision. Each stage needs a different evidence pack.
Align the equipment around one operating boundary.

Use the available roof or land, operating hours, temperature and connection conditions to define the relevant product evidence.
Power, energy and duty
State the required function, charge window, discharge duration, cycling assumption, usable energy and safety documentation.
Control and coordination
Confirm power-conversion scope, grid and backup modes, generator coordination, monitoring, alarms and access responsibilities.
Commissioning and recovery
Ask who surveys, installs, commissions, holds spares, responds to faults and records the operating history in the target city.
