On June 11, 2025, TCL Zhonghuan made a striking appearance at the 18th (2025) International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Exhibition.

In the PV module sector, TCL Zhonghuan showcased a range of heavyweight products, including new additions to the BC series, anti-soiling series, and a lightweight module “concept product.” These precisely tailored and highly efficient customized PV system solutions attracted numerous exhibitors and industry experts from around the globe.

At the exhibition, TCL Zhonghuan unveiled its new lightweight module product. The all-new lightweight module features a breakthrough design, with a unit area weight of just 5.4kg/m², a 49% reduction compared to conventional modules, perfectly meeting the needs of load-sensitive scenarios such as old roofs. By adopting 1.1mm ultra-thin glass and optimizing the structural design, the module operates at a temperature 1-3℃ lower than conventional products, boosting power generation by 3-6%. Certified by TÜV Rheinland, the module achieves a mechanical load of 3600Pa/2400Pa and has passed various rigorous environmental reliability tests, ensuring high reliability while being lightweight.

In addition to the lightweight module, TCL Solar displayed six TOPCon and BC series PV module products with industry-leading performance. Among them, the G12-68P dual-glass module, utilizing the latest shingled technology, boasts a power output of up to 760W. Its innovative anti-soiling design significantly enhances power generation efficiency in harsh environments. The G12-66P dual-glass half-cell aluminum-framed module, specifically developed for large-scale ground power plants, not only delivers an ultra-high power of 750W but also enhances its wind and sand resistance through special processes. The G12R-66P dual-glass BC module, employing back-contact technology, offers a power output of 680W and an elegant design, meeting the dual demands of performance and aesthetics in the high-end market.

At the exhibition site, TCL Solar officially signed a distributor cooperation agreement with Tran Le, a customer from Vietnam.
