supplier evidence review, RFQ structuring, supplier shortlists,
channel mapping, briefings and meeting coordination.

Commercial role

Unless separately agreed in writing, Solarbe Global is not the
seller, exporter, importer, distributor, installer or warrantor of
any PV, battery storage or related equipment.

Certification and performance

Evidence review, supplier comparison and shortlist work are not
official certification, product testing, legal due diligence or a
guarantee of supplier performance, product quality, customs
treatment, project returns or transaction outcome.

Professional advice

Engineering design, grid compliance, customs, tax, legal, insurance,
certification, safety and financial matters require qualified local
professional advisors. Solarbe Global may help organize questions,
but does not replace those advisors.

Buyer and supplier responsibility

Buyers and suppliers are responsible for their own final decisions,
contract terms, inspections, testing, payment arrangements, delivery,
installation, commissioning, warranties and after-sales obligations.
