Latest Update: VSUN has officially announced its new Chief Executive Officer, with former CEO Mr. Lewis Cai (Jianfeng Cai) stepping down from the position.
On July 28, 2025 (Tokyo Time), Abalance Group (Stock Code: 3856.T) formally announced its executive adjustment decision: appointing Mr. Tokumoto Hironori as the new CEO of VSUN, while former CEO Mr. Lewis Cai (Jianfeng Cai) will no longer serve in this role.
According to the announcement, Mr. Tokumoto Hironori has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and possesses rich international management expertise.
Background information shows that VSUN SOLAR is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s FUJI SOLAR Corporation, specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of solar modules, as well as end-use solar applications.
Currently, VSUN maintains a global production capacity of 6.5GW for modules, 6GW for solar cells, and 4GW for silicon wafers. Its production facilities are equipped with industry-leading automated equipment while adhering to Japan’s stringent quality management systems.
