On February 5, 2026, based on data from the first half of 2025, Wood Mackenzie’s global ranking of photovoltaic tracking system manufacturers placed the U.S. company NextPower at the top, followed by China’s TrinaTracker in second place, and the U.S. firm Array in third. This ranking comprehensively evaluated 24 leading manufacturers from five countries, highlighting that the core focus of competition in the current market has shifted to adherence to industry best practices.
Timothy Shen, a senior research analyst at Wood Mackenzie, stated, “Leading companies in the global photovoltaic tracking system market have achieved a dual integration of production scale and engineering innovation. Competitive advantage is no longer solely determined by shipment volume; comprehensive capabilities in advanced environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, service quality, and resilient supply chains are becoming the new core strengths.”
