On July 31, JinkoSolar released its July 2025 investor relations activity report.
The report indicates that the company has completed technological upgrades at two production workshops in its Shangrao and Shanxi bases. By the end of this year, 40-50% of its total production capacity will be capable of manufacturing modules with power outputs exceeding 640W. Next year, the vast majority of its capacity is expected to reach the mainstream power range of 650-670W.
The company has already begun partial deliveries of its high-power (>640W) products in Q3 2025, with larger-scale deliveries set to commence in Q4. By next year, the majority of orders are expected to transition to high-power products above 640W.
From a technological standpoint, JinkoSolar anticipates its advanced production lines will achieve a power output of around 670W next year, with potential to reach 680-700W within the next 2-3 years – maintaining a 1-2 tier lead over major competitors.
Qian Jing, Vice President of JinkoSolar, recently stated in an interview: “JinkoSolar’s focus this year is very clear – optimizing capacity upgrades and accelerating the release of high-efficiency production capacity, rather than expanding new capacity.”
“Our goal is to transition to a 650W mainstream high-efficiency product line by year-end, with 640W+ capacity reaching approximately 40-50GW. High-power modules (650W+) should account for 40-50% of total production. Accelerating capacity optimization and upgrades is our most important mission this year,” Qian added.
