The 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (“Davos Forum”) will be held from January 19 to 23, 2026, in Davos, Switzerland. This year’s meeting will focus on the theme “The Spirit of Dialogue.” Representing LONGi, Zhang Haimeng, Vice President and Chief Sustainable Development Officer, and Luo Xin, Vice President and President of the North America Business Center, will attend the conference. They will engage in in-depth dialogues with global leaders from politics, business, academia, and social organizations on critical issues such as energy equity and systemic transformation.
Amid the increasingly prominent challenges of equity in the global energy transition, how to enable clean energy to transcend geographical and developmental boundaries and become a shared foundation for driving sustainable growth and enhancing societal resilience has become a topic of common concern for the international community.
As an active participant and driver of the global energy transition, LONGi is transforming from a single photovoltaic product provider into a comprehensive green energy solution service provider. The company leverages photovoltaics as a creator of clean energy, energy storage as a stabilizer of the power system, and hydrogen as a regulator of the energy system, constructing a “Stability Triangle” energy architecture. This system forms a complete closed loop from energy source supply and grid stability regulation to full-scenario applications, aiming to build a widely accessible, highly resilient, and affordable zero-carbon energy system. This approach fundamentally balances the three major goals of energy security, environmental sustainability, and energy equity.
At this year’s Winter Davos, Luo Xin, Vice President and President of the North America Business Center of LONGi, will attend the “Coal Power Clean Transformation Initiative Forum” to share the role and implementation pathways of photovoltaics and energy storage in the low-carbon transformation of traditional energy. Meanwhile, Zhang Haimeng, Vice President and Chief Sustainable Development Officer of LONGi, will participate in the session “Unleashing Innovation and Capital Momentum to Empower the Future Power System,” discussing how sustainable finance and technological innovation can jointly drive power system transformation, and sharing LONGi’s practices and insights on energy equity.
