Yu Chen introduced, ruipuranjun has constructed a full-dimensional safety evaluation system covering four levels of battery cells, modules, battery clusters and energy storage stations. Based on the two-dimensional matrix, the company quantifies the boundaries of safety indicators item by item from the four dimensions of electrical, thermal/chemical, structural and functional, focusing on additional risks beyond the standards such as time constant and thermal runaway temperature after aging to ensure that there are no dead ends in the safety design.
In terms of system innovation design, the Powtrix energy storage system adopts a full parallel flow channel design, which greatly improves the temperature consistency of the battery core. At the same time, the system constructs multiple passive safety barriers through “three isolation and one discharge” (thermal isolation, liquid isolation, sampling component isolation and directional discharge). In addition, the system is equipped with multiple thermal runaway detection and external short-circuit self-detection functions, which can automatically identify external short-circuit risks and achieve earlier and more accurate abnormal warning.
The Powtrix energy storage system not only completed the UL9540A test, but also successfully passed the CSA/ANSI C800 extreme safety test in June 2025. Under the extreme conditions of bilateral limit spacing of 10cm, removal of fire-fighting agents, full charge of full power and 1000-degree baking, the passive safety capability of the system has been fully verified.
