At the event, Dennis She, Vice President of LONGi Green Energy Technology, for the first time comprehensively elaborated the company’s global energy storage strategy and launched the groundbreaking LONGi Energy Storage One-Stop Solution. This move marks LONGi’s strategic upgrade from a global solar leader to an integrated “PV + Storage + Hydrogen” comprehensive energy solutions provider.
To uphold its value proposition of “Ultimate Safety,” LONGi has chosen to engage in deep collaboration with PotisEdge, an expert in energy storage safety. Adhering to a trinity technical architecture of “Intrinsic Safety, Active Defense, and Intelligent Early Warning,” and through its fully self-developed “5S” energy storage system featuring unique BMS and iCCS product designs, PotisEdge has achieved a safety record of “zero thermal runaway” across over 12GWh of cumulative deployed energy storage and power battery systems in the past decade. This will provide solid technical support for LONGi’s energy storage solutions.
To accelerate Europe’s energy transition, LONGi officially announced the establishment of its first PV & Storage Technology Innovation Center in Europe. This center will integrate core functions including project consulting, technical training, operation and maintenance support, and spare parts services, dedicated to providing European customers with rapid-response, full-lifecycle localized professional services, ensuring the safety, reliability, and long-term returns of integrated PV and storage assets.
LONGi’s energy storage solutions will be initially deployed in key markets such as the UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain, helping utilities and power companies build smarter and more efficient clean energy systems.
