RoboTechnik Clarifies Market Rumors, Reaffirms Normal Business Operations with Global Tech Leaders

On June 10, RoboTechnik stated that the company is currently operating normally and refuted market rumors claiming it had been “ousted from the supply chains of NVIDIA, TSMC, Huawei, SpaceX, Samsung, and Broadcom.” The announcement aims to clarify recent unfounded market rumors, stabilize investor confidence, and emphasize that the company continues to maintain normal business cooperation with leading global technology enterprises.

As a leading player in China’s photovoltaic automation equipment sector, RoboTechnik has been actively expanding into the high-end semiconductor equipment market in recent years. Particularly after acquiring the German optoelectronic equipment company ficonTEC, it has further strengthened its layout in cutting-edge technologies such as silicon photonics chip packaging and CPO (Co-Packaged Optics). ficonTEC’s clientele includes international tech giants like NVIDIA, TSMC, and Huawei. This clarification also indirectly underscores RoboTechnik’s stable position within the global semiconductor supply chain.

Market analysts suggest that the rumors may be linked to the complex background of RoboTechnik’s previous cross-border merger and acquisition. Early in 2025, the company’s acquisition of ficonTEC was initially “suspended for review” due to regulatory inquiries but was ultimately approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in April. The company’s actual controller also voluntarily signed a performance commitment agreement to bolster market confidence.
