Recently, the 200MW/400MWh energy storage station in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, supplied by Sineng Electric, has achieved full-capacity grid connection. This project not only serves as a strategic hub for China-Myanmar power interconnection but also stands as a exemplary model of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. It robustly ensures the stability of the regional power grid and sets a new industry benchmark for the collaborative development and efficient utilization of clean energy.
Located in the Ruili Industrial Park in Dehong Prefecture, Sineng Electric, in collaboration with Narada Power, provided 40 sets of 5MW centralized converter and step-up integrated skid solutions for the project. Each system solution consists of four 1250kW centralized PCS units, with a single unit’s rated rectification and inversion efficiency exceeding 98.5%.
