This project plans to select 5 suppliers through public bidding. The supply content is lithium iron phosphate cells (nominal capacity 314Ah), and the estimated total purchase capacity is 1GWh.
service period: this project is a framework bidding. the validity period of framework procurement is (1) 12 months after the bid-winning notice is issued,(2) the purchase volume is used up or all winning bidders give up the bid or lose their ability to execute the contract, and (3) the date when the bid-winning notice for the next batch of battery cell/energy storage system framework bidding is issued, whichever is the first. After the expiration of the validity period, the tenderer has the right to extend the validity period of the contract according to the performance of the contract.
Place of delivery: the location specified by the tenderee.
Delivery period: subject to the actual purchase order contract.
qualification requirements of the bidder:
1) the bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the battery core, and the manufacturer shall have the ability of independent research and development and equipment manufacturing of lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery core (the inspection report or product certification of the unit’s products issued by the third-party inspection organization shall be provided); The agent shall also provide the authorized sales certificate of the battery core manufacturer;
2) the bidding products shall provide type test reports or inspection reports (including test items and results) issued by CMA and CNAS qualification institutions that meet the requirements of GB/T 36276-2023 (lithium ion batteries for electric energy storage);
3) the bidding products shall meet the relevant requirements of GB 44240-2024 (safety requirements for lithium batteries and battery packs for electric energy storage), A complete type test report of GB 44240-2024 shall be provided.
3. performance requirements: from January 1, 2025 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder’s cumulative supply performance shall not be less than 1GWh (the capacity of single energy storage battery cell shall not be less than 314Ah).
