ModuRack, LLC announced that its MagicFrame module-to-rail interface passed wind-tunnel testing at 61.4 meters per second—approximately 221 kilometers per hour or 137 miles per hour—in the tested configuration.
MagicFrame replaces conventional module clamps with an integrated frame-and-rail connection designed to simplify installation and support factory-engineered solar system kits.

The test evaluated MagicFrame as part of an assembled panel-and-support configuration. Results apply only to the tested configuration and conditions; detailed parameters and acceptance criteria will be included in the test report.
“This is an important step toward a simpler way to connect solar modules to their supporting structures,” said Jian Yuan, PhD, founder of ModuRack. “By integrating modules, interfaces, and structures, we aim to simplify solar system construction.”
ModuRack invites module manufacturers and industry partners to discuss joint wind-tunnel testing, including opportunities to share results.
The company will showcase MagicFrame, its solar System Kits, and TensaGrid at RE+ 2026 in Las Vegas, November 17–19, at MagicGreen Booth N3345.
