JinkoSolar Unveils Innovative PV and Energy Storage Solutions at 2025 SNEC

On June 11, JinkoSolar, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage solutions, made a splash at the 2025 SNEC PV Expo by launching a series of groundbreaking PV and energy storage products. These included the latest-generation Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules and the Jinko Dolphin SunGiga G2Plus 520kWh liquid-cooled energy storage system, among other innovative solutions.

In addition, JinkoSolar unveiled the industry’s first white paper titled “TOPCon Technology and Tiger Neo 3.0 Commercial Solution White Paper,” which provides an in-depth analysis of TOPCon’s core process chain, technical architecture, and performance advantages. Backed by exclusive hardcore test data from over 10 extreme-environment power plants worldwide (deserts, plateaus, coastal regions), the white paper offers solid evidence of TOPCon technology’s exceptional reliability.

As a technology pioneer in the PV industry, JinkoSolar has achieved world-record certifications in multiple key technologies for tandem cells, thanks to its outstanding technological innovation and R&D capabilities. Its N-type TOPCon-based perovskite tandem cell has been third-party certified with a conversion efficiency of 34.22%, breaking the world record for the 28th time. This achievement underscores JinkoSolar’s continued leadership in developing next-generation high-efficiency PV technologies.

At the SNEC Expo, JinkoSolar showcased its Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules, which integrate multiple innovative technologies such as 20BB, HCP, MAX, and FP. These technologies effectively reduce optical and electrical losses, significantly enhancing cell conversion efficiency and boosting module power output. The modules achieve an impressive power output of up to 670W, an efficiency of 24.8%, and a bifaciality ratio of 85%. Alongside their high efficiency, which translates to increased energy generation, these modules also lower the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), delivering greater investment returns for PV projects. With their high bifacial power generation gains and low LCOE, the Tiger Neo 3.0 modules stand out as premium products.

Moreover, the product’s structural integrity has been enhanced through comprehensive upgrades in printing technology, module welding, and busbar-free cell design, reducing the risks of microcracks and hotspots at high temperatures, thereby further improving product stability and lifespan. This makes the modules suitable for various applications, including ground-mounted power plants, commercial and industrial rooftops, and distribution markets, catering to diverse user needs. The Tiger Neo 3.0 modules are expected to start accepting orders in the fourth quarter of 2025.

JinkoSolar demonstrates a comprehensive and leading edge in tandem cell technology. Through innovative breakthroughs in structure, technology, and materials, the company has pioneered the industry’s first “perovskite/TOPCon tandem cell” structure and integrated process using N-type TOPCon as the bottom cell. JinkoSolar’s tandem cells have also made significant progress in reliability, with efficiency degradation of less than 5% in tests such as DH, TC, and MPPT, reaching industry-leading levels. With an IP55 protection rating, C5 corrosion resistance, and the ability to operate at altitudes up to 3,000 meters, it adapts to various extreme conditions. Additionally, the energy storage system is built on a comprehensive safety framework, encompassing structural, electrical, and fire safety dimensions, setting industry benchmarks.
