Li Rui has been appointed as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Southern Power Grid.
Li Rui previously served as General Manager of the Innovation Management Department of China Southern Power Grid and Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau under China Southern Power Grid. He later held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of the Strategic Planning Department at China Southern Power Grid.
