Recently, GCL Energy Technology released an announcement regarding the resolutions of its first board meeting of the ninth term. According to the announcement, Mr. Zhu Yufeng has been appointed as Chairman, while Zhu Gongshan and Fei Zhi will serve as Vice Chairmen. Zhu Zhanjun, Gu Zengcai, and Peng Yi have been appointed as non-independent directors.
