On September 26, Concord New Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Red River Clean Energy, LLC, entered into supply agreements with a wholly-owned subsidiary of LONGi on May 9 and May 12, 2025, for the procurement of 445MW of PV modules.
According to the agreements, the buyer has the right to issue purchase orders for these PV modules within the specified period, with a total value of approximately $117.95 million (about RMB 840 million).
The procured modules will be used for Concord New Energy’s solar-storage projects in the United States. This includes PV Module A with a total capacity of approximately 210MW and PV Module B with a total capacity of approximately 235MW, priced at $55.6 million and $62.29 million (about RMB 397 million and RMB 444 million), respectively.
The 210MW PV Module A must be delivered by June 29, 2026, while the 235MW PV Module B is scheduled for delivery by January 25, 2027.
