Trina Solar Helps Thai Food Processing Company Step into New Phase of Green Manufacturing

Recently, the photovoltaic project at the food processing plant of Thai company Hua Seng Hong Great Foods Plus Company was successfully completed and put into operation. The project exclusively utilizes Trina Solar’s Vertex N-type high-efficiency PV modules, with Traderich responsible for system design and installation. By replacing traditional power with clean energy, the project not only significantly reduces the company’s energy costs but also helps advance the local food manufacturing industry towards a new, green and low-carbon stage.

The food processing industry has always been a high energy-consuming sector, with electricity costs constituting a major portion of operational expenses. During the product selection phase, the project owner, after thorough evaluation, ultimately chose Trina Solar’s Vertex N-type modules, precisely for their exceptional reliability and high-power output. Trina Solar’s Vertex N-type modules demonstrate excellent power generation performance even in the hot and humid tropical climate, maintaining stable efficiency under cloudy or low-irradiance conditions, providing the factory with a consistent and robust clean electricity supply.

According to the project manager from Hua Seng Hong Great Foods Plus Company, the power generation performance of the Trina Solar modules has exceeded expectations. This has not only enabled the company to achieve long-term energy cost reduction but has also added a distinct green and eco-friendly label to its brand image. After commissioning, the system is expected to generate approximately 180.29 MWh of clean electricity annually, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions—equivalent to planting tens of thousands of trees—thereby making a positive contribution to local ecological improvement and sustainable development.

The successful implementation of this project fully demonstrates Trina Solar’s brand influence and product competitiveness in the Thai market. As a global technology leader in the PV industry, Trina Solar consistently adheres to innovation-driven development, continuously pushing the limits of module efficiency. Currently, Trina Solar’s new generation TOPCon 2.0 modules, achieving higher efficiency and power output in mass production with a maximum power of up to 740W, are poised to deliver even stronger green power for future global PV projects.

Looking ahead, Trina Solar will continue to leverage its high-efficiency and reliable products and solutions to assist more commercial and industrial customers in achieving their energy transition goals. Together, we will drive global sustainable development and persistently contribute to building a clean and beautiful zero-carbon future.
