On November 5, Jietai Solar successfully produced its first industrial TOPCon-perovskite tandem cell at its Chuzhou base. This milestone marks a critical step for the company in the industrialization verification of tandem cells, demonstrating its capability for stable production of industrial-sized cells and small-volume shipments. It lays a solid foundation for the mass production of next-generation high-efficiency cells.
The newly produced tandem cell measures 210×105mm. The entire process flow was independently developed and debugged by Jietai Tech’s perovskite team, achieving full-process integration.
