Recently, Trina Solar and Sunly, Estonia’s leading energy company, officially signed a battery energy storage system contract for the Raba Solar Power Station. According to the agreement, Trina Storage, a subsidiary of Trina Solar, will provide a 21MW/42MWh energy storage system for the project. The system will adopt Trina Storage’s mature and reliable Elementa Jingang 2 energy storage solution platform and be delivered as a complete AC-coupled solution. The project’s rated system capacity reaches 48.88MWh and is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2025. This signing marks the key deployment of Trina’s integrated system solution in the Baltic market, showcasing not only Trina Solar’s comprehensive capabilities in delivering full-chain solar-storage integrated solutions but also laying a crucial foundation for its deeper expansion in the European green energy landscape and the construction of a sustainable ecosystem.
