On January 22, Sineng Electric (SZ:300827) announced that Mr. Duan Yuhe, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9,000,000 shares (accounting for approximately 1.62% of the company’s total share capital after excluding repurchased shares). Additionally, Mr. Li Jianfei, a director and senior executive of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2,450,000 shares (approximately 0.44% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares). Mr. Yang Chunming, a senior executive of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 60,000 shares (approximately 0.01% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares). Mr. Chen Yunping, a director and senior executive of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 60,000 shares (approximately 0.01% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares). The aforementioned share reductions will be carried out through block trades or centralized bidding.
