The project is located on the south bank of Salt Lake in Dabancheng District, Urumqi City, with an altitude of 1000-1110 meters. The transportation conditions are complicated and strong winds occur frequently in spring. In order to ensure the smooth entry of the main transformer, the project department deployed ahead of time, scientifically planned the transportation route, formulated solutions and emergency plans one by one according to factors such as wet and muddy road surface, poor visibility, uneven non-paved road surface, windy weather, etc., and efficiently completed the main transformer in place during the window period.
