on April 1, with the first concrete slowly entering the warehouse through the chute, the concrete pouring of the first warehouse of the dam panel of the lower reservoir of Zhejiang yongjia pumped storage power station constructed by the company officially started, marking that the key energy project planned for the 14th five-year plan of Zhejiang province with a total installed capacity of 1200 MW has entered the key stage of the construction of the dam seepage control system.
the lower reservoir dam adopts a concrete face rockfill dam structure, with a crest elevation of 114 meters, a maximum dam height of 81 meters, a crest length of 369 meters, and a crest width of 10 meters. reinforced concrete panels are used for seepage prevention, totaling 34 panels, with the longest panel being 133.66 meters long.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the concrete pouring work in the first warehouse, the Yongjia project was planned and carefully deployed in advance. Before the official launch, actively cooperate with all parties to continuously optimize the construction plan. Considering the special needs of panel concrete construction, a new mixing station and temporary reinforcement yard were built near the dam of the lower reservoir, which provided a solid guarantee for the allocation of resources for the construction. At the same time, the project carried out the construction of the test warehouse in advance, summed up the experience through practice, strictly controlled the mixing time, and dynamically adjusted the concrete mix ratio according to the actual situation. During the construction period, Yongjia Project will prepare materials in advance to solve the problems of long panel concrete slip delivery and slump control. At the same time, the frequency of raw material testing will be increased, the mixing quality of concrete will be strictly controlled, and sunshade and rain-proof measures will be adopted in high temperature and rainy days to ensure the performance of concrete. Facing the core control focus of panel anti-seepage and anti-cracking construction, Yongjia Project strictly implements various technical requirements. After the dam has been fully settled for 5 months, the construction technology of “trackless sliding form jumping method and secondary plastering” is adopted, and the mix proportion of anti-cracking concrete is optimized to ensure that every link meets the standard requirements.
in the future, Yongjia project will continue to maintain the excellent style of continuous combat, go all out to sprint to the key nodes of reservoir storage in August, and push the project construction to be completed and put into operation as soon as possible.
