on April 3, the concrete pouring of the first warehouse of the rock wall crane beam of the underground powerhouse of Qiannan pumping storage project was successfully completed, marking a key breakthrough in the construction of the main structure of the underground powerhouse of the project and opening up the core channel for the key processes such as subsequent unit installation and mechanical and electrical commissioning.
rock wall crane beam is the “load-bearing backbone” of the underground powerhouse. it bears the core responsibility of hoisting large-scale equipment during unit installation, operation and maintenance. it is the cornerstone of long-term stable operation of the power station. its construction accuracy is high, and its geological conditions are poor, difficult and high safety risks. it is the key control node for the construction of the underground powerhouse of the pumping and storage power station.
in order to ensure the smooth completion of the pouring of the first warehouse, the Qiannan pumping project management team anchored the target, overcome the difficulties, and gnawed down the hard bones of the construction with the spirit of nailing: repeatedly optimized the construction plan in the early stage, refined the technical disclosure, and formulated special control measures for key processes such as rock platform excavation, anchor rod construction, steel bar binding, etc. During the construction period, the team members took root line and were on duty in shifts, the whole process of concrete mixing, transportation, pouring and vibrating is controlled, the quality of raw materials, pouring temperature and construction accuracy are strictly controlled, and many difficult problems such as underground space operation and temperature control of mass concrete are fully solved.
As a key energy project in Guizhou Province, Qiannan Pumped Storage Power Station is the core support project to ensure the safety and stability of the regional power grid and promote the consumption of new energy. In the next step, the project team will continue to carry forward the construction spirit of “overcoming difficulties and striving for perfection”, fully promote the follow-up construction, and contribute to the creation of high-quality pumping projects and local energy transformation.
