on April 7, with the completion of the installation of two 250-ton bridge cranes in the main plant of Hebei Luanping pumped storage power station, it marked the official start of the mechanical and electrical installation project of the power station and laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of subsequent units.
the two 250/50/10 ton single trolley bridge cranes installed this time are the core lifting equipment of the main power plant of the power station. each crane is equipped with one set of 250 ton main lifting, one set of 50 ton auxiliary lifting and one set of 10 ton electric hoist, and the load-bearing balance beam and intelligent electrical control system are integrated to undertake the lifting, transportation and installation of large-scale electromechanical equipment such as rotor and stator of the unit, the installation accuracy and operation stability are directly related to the quality and efficiency of the subsequent unit installation.
facing multiple challenges such as narrow construction space, complex hoisting environment, extremely high requirements for track flatness, main beam installation accuracy and equipment operation safety, the project team organized technical experts to repeatedly review the construction scheme, refine the technological process, clarify the key points of quality and safety control, finely control the processes of track laying, main beam hoisting and equipment splicing, and arrange special personnel to supervise the whole process on-site, real-time monitoring data and dynamic optimization details ensure the smooth completion of hoisting.
This “two machines in place” has opened up the key process of mechanical and electrical installation of underground powerhouse, created the prerequisite for the full installation of the following four units, and effectively accelerated the overall construction process.
As an important clean energy supporting project of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Hebei North Power Grid, the power station plans to install 4 vertical shaft single-stage single-speed mixed-flow reversible energy storage units with a total installed capacity of 1200 MW.
