East China Energy Regulatory Bureau: to carry out a special survey of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected consumption in Anhui Province.

Recently, with the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic scale in Anhui Province, the province’s photovoltaic operation is facing new challenges. In order to solve the problem of consumption and ensure the safety of grid-connected operation, East China Energy Regulatory Bureau has carried out a special investigation on the consumption of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected in Anhui Province.

The investigation focuses on six aspects: the overall development of distributed photovoltaic, the construction and operation of distribution network, the formulation and implementation of relevant policies, the development effect, the main problems existing, and the opinions and suggestions. Pay close attention to the outstanding problems such as the imbalance of source-load matching, the downward trend of overall utilization rate, and the shortage of power grid access carrying capacity in some areas, to guide the relevant power grid enterprises in the distribution network transformation and upgrading, promote the construction of new energy storage, optimize the scheduling operation mechanism, innovative market mechanism design and other aspects to further tap the potential, co-ordinate development and security, under the premise of ensuring the security of the large power grid, take multiple measures to improve the distributed photovoltaic grid-connected capacity.

In the next step, the East China Energy Regulatory Bureau will closely follow the requirements of distributed photovoltaic policies, strengthen regulatory services, promote distributed photovoltaic to become the core driving force of green and low-carbon transformation, and provide more reliable and higher proportion of green energy guarantee for Anhui’s high-quality economic and social development.
