Jiangshan Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Jiangshan Holdings” or “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as “Group”, HKEx stock code: 295), which is engaged in investment and operation of solar power station projects, is pleased to announce that according to the group’s existing preliminary operating statistics, the total power generation capacity of solar power stations owned by the group from January to March 2026 is about 58,204 megawatt hours (“megawatt hours”), the same station generated about 73,664 MWh in the same period last year. The Group’s total installed capacity as at 31 March 2026 is 300 MW.
