Longji Li Zhenguo Attends “2026 China ESG Ceremony” at the General Station: China Photovoltaic Makes Energy Fair a Reality

On April 11, the “2026 China ESG Ceremony” hosted by China Central Radio and Television was officially broadcast on CCTV Finance Channel. As the representative of “China ESG Model Enterprise” and “Annual Breaking Enterprise” at the head office, Li Zhenguo, founder and chief technology officer of Longji Green Energy, presented the grand ceremony with Longji BC Technology Product, a token of “One Water and Soil”. Taking this small battery as an example, he described Longji’s warm practice of solving the industry dilemma with technological innovation, promoting global energy fairness with green energy, and facing the “internal volume” status quo of the photovoltaic industry, gives thoughts and answers from Longji.

From Brazil to Malawi: Let the sun shine in every corner

“LONGi has always believed that technological innovation will drive energy equity.” Li Zhenguo made his speech clear.

he shared the story of Longji’s ESG practice worldwide: in Brazil, Longji helped poor community residents install distributed photovoltaic systems through photovoltaic green technology, while providing green electricity for displaced indigenous people, it also provides technical training so that the sun not only lights up life, but also gives people life-changing skills; in Malawi, Africa, Longi’s green electricity helps rural children use cheap and convenient Electricity, open books and receive education under the light.

“In every corner of the world, LONGi has been working hard to implement the sustainable development concept of affordable clean energy for all.” Li Zhenguo said, “We are proving that China’s photovoltaic industry not only brings clean electricity, but also fair development opportunities. This is a warm answer to our global sustainable future.”

“One side of water and soil”: green energy in Longji BC products

Then, how to awaken and stimulate the ESG gene in the photovoltaic industry, and at the same time reshape a healthy and sustainable new industry ecology? The answer may lie in the “One side of water and soil.

In this grand ceremony, the “one side of water and soil” letter brought by Li Zhenguo is Longji BC battery. This product has the characteristics and advantages of green and low carbon, high conversion efficiency, high income, beautiful appearance and strong safety, get the recognition and trust of our customers. At the moment when the industry is deeply trapped in the imbalance between supply and demand, this battery has been given a different meaning.

in the face of the dilemma, Li Zhenguo turned his attention to BC battery products and calculated a “green electricity account” on the spot: “we produce this battery, starting from ore, through industrial silicon, polysilicon, pull rods, slicing, to make batteries and components, it will consume a total of 2 degrees of electricity. But this component can generate 235 kwh of electricity in its 30-year life cycle, which is more than 100 times the amplification capacity, and it is green electricity.”

He further explained the green added value of BC products: “because its conversion efficiency is 5% to 6% higher than normal. According to the current installation of 1 terawatt photovoltaic scale in our country, the overall can save 1000 square kilometers of land. To support the energy transition requires a larger scale, at least 10 terawatts of components must be installed, which can save 10000 square kilometers of land.”

A small battery carries the way to break the situation from “price war” to “value competition.

face to face: technological innovation should be “done” and “protected”

in the past two years, technological iteration in the photovoltaic industry has been accelerating and new products have emerged one after another. however, the pressure of “internal volume” in the industry has not been fundamentally alleviated, but has become more and more severe in some dimensions.

In response, Li Zhenguo pointed out: “Anti-internal volume must be advanced by technological innovation, and of course another dimension of blessing is needed.”

Li Zhenguo stressed that technological innovation should not only be “done”, but also “protected”. Only in the technical leadership at the same time to build solid barriers, enterprises can cross the cycle, to help the industry out of the inner volume of the haze.

He further elaborated on the four moats constructed by Longji in the process of technological innovation: “The first moat is the careful layout of intellectual property rights, that is, patents. This is a moat with the strongest legal effect and the longest timeliness. The second moat is to carry out collaborative innovation and exclusive supply with core suppliers. The third moat is a very critical thing that the insider can understand the doorway at a glance, and it is necessary to carry out confidential design on his own production line. The last line of defense is to protect the core technical personnel.”

Li Zhenguo said: “Under the guidance of the ESG concept, we must firmly follow the path of innovation, while promoting further tightening of regulatory standards. In this way, the industry out of the inner volume of smog, just around the corner.”
