The MoA was signed by Dato Sri Dr. Wan Lizozman bin Wan Omar, Chairman of SMD Semiconductor, and Mr. Lu Yonghua, Founder and President of Linyang Group, and witnessed by Deputy Premier of Sarawak Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah bin Ali Hasan during the Sarawak Investment Mission to Shanghai.
The partnership will explore the integration of power semiconductor technologies, including GaN, with smart metering and BESS applications, while jointly advancing solar and energy storage opportunities across Southeast Asia.
