On May 23, 2024, Kailu County suspended the filing of household distributed photovoltaic power generation projects due to the fact that the distributed power supply access to Kailu County’s power grid has reached the stability limit. Since the suspension of the filing work, the State Grid Kailu County Power Supply Company has renovated and upgraded the county’s power infrastructure. At this stage, our county has a certain amount of distributed photovoltaic access capacity. According to the “Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for the Development and Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation” (No. 7, 2025), “Notice of Tongliao City on Implementing the” Work Plan for the Implementation of the Management Rules for the Development and Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region “(No. 31, 2025) and other regulations, combined with the current power grid carrying capacity of our county, it has been decided through research, under the premise of ensuring the safety of the power grid, the filing of distributed photovoltaic projects will be resumed from now on.
distributed photovoltaic projects for natural persons and households shall be submitted to Kailu County Development and Reform Commission for filing through the online examination and approval hall of investment projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region after the applicant has solicited the opinions of Kailu County Power Supply Company on the access location and access conditions.
