according to the agreement, the company will rely on the group’s resources and advantages to build and deploy an annual output of 12GWh semi-solid artificial intelligence data center (AIDC) energy storage cell and system integration project in Jiangsu Xuyi economic development zone, and the relevant investment plan will be implemented gradually in stages.
It is reported that Shuangdeng was established in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province in 2011. It is an energy storage business enterprise in the field of big data and communications, focusing on the design, research and development, manufacturing and sales of energy storage batteries and systems.
on March 31, shuangdeng shares held a 2026 new product launch conference in Beijing to launch the Power Warden 4.0 AI 8MWh semi-solid energy storage system and DP60 high-rate lithium battery system.
among them, the Power Warden 4.0 AI is specially built for AIDC scenes. it is equipped with a new generation of 755Ah high-capacity semi-solid batteries, which can realize the improvement of safety such as no fire caused by acupuncture and no explosion caused by overcharge. At the same time, the number of parallel connections is reduced and the system structure is simplified through large-capacity design, thus improving reliability and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
In addition, the company continues to advance in its overseas layout. According to the announcement on March 31, the board of directors of Shuangdeng Co., Ltd. has approved the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia for the future construction of a lithium-ion battery production base in Southeast Asia. The subsidiary will be the main operating entity of its business in Malaysia.
