As a demonstration project of Shaanxi Coal Group to build a multi-energy complementary pattern of “scenery and fire storage, the project carries the mission of promoting the optimization of energy structure and helping to achieve the goal of” double carbon. The project is equipped with 24 sets of advanced lithium iron phosphate energy storage units with a total scale of 120 MW/240 MW. It is connected to the newly-built 220 kV booster station through 6 circuits of 35 kV lines. After completion, it will give full play to the dual core role of the electric energy “reservoir” and the power grid “regulator. After it is put into operation, it can effectively enhance the ability of the southern Shanxi regional power grid to withstand renewable energy fluctuations. It is expected to save about 21600 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 55800 tons each year, injecting strong momentum into the green transformation and high-quality development of regional energy.
since the start of the project, all the staff of the project department of the distribution power company have concentrated their efforts and overcome difficulties, and have always practiced the “three special” spirit of Shaanxi Coal Group, which is “especially able to endure hardships, especially able to fight, and especially able to contribute”, facing multiple extreme weather tests such as hot summer, continuous autumn rain, and severe cold, and devoted themselves to project construction with a high sense of responsibility and mission. In the process of construction, the team scientifically planned the construction organization, optimized the construction plan, implemented efficient measures such as parallel promotion of multiple working surfaces, dynamic allocation of resources, and timely delivery of special personnel in the factory. With the hard work of “waiting for no one but seizing the hour”, the team overcame many technical difficulties such as foundation pouring and equipment hoisting one by one to ensure that all key nodes were fulfilled on schedule and successfully landed.
at present, the project department is taking advantage of the situation to push forward the follow-up work such as system joint debugging and network-related tests, to launch a sprint towards the ultimate goal of full-capacity production of the project and commercial operation, and to write a brand-new chapter in the company’s “three major services” expansion journey!
