Recently, Philippine renewable energy leader Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. (CREC) announced that it has reached a ₱4.4 billion (approximately $77.5 million) project financing agreement with Security Bank Corp. and its investment subsidiary. The funds will support the development of the 125-megawatt “Citicore Solar Pangasinan” photovoltaic project in Santa Barbara, Luzon Island.
