This marks the 31st time the company has set a world record in cell efficiency and module power.
This record-breaking achievement is attributed to JinkoSolar’s forward-looking strategic layout and in-depth research in core TOPCon technologies. The technology adopts a novel passivated contact structure, which achieves comprehensive and efficient surface passivation through the development and optimization of composite passivation materials and processes, effectively suppressing carrier recombination losses. Additionally, an ultra-low optical parasitic absorption technology significantly improves the utilization of incident light. Innovations in metallization technology, through the development of new metal materials and refined electrode design, further enhance the collection efficiency of photogenerated carriers.
