On November 19, GCL Technology (HK:03800) announced the completion of its second tranche B subscription on November 19, 2025. A total of 1,353,043,000 subscription shares were issued and allotted to the designated entity Infini Global Master Fund at an issue price of HK$1.15 per share. Based on this calculation, the total subscription amount reached HK$1.556 billion.
