on March 23, the 220 kv Huizhou haoneng storage 300MW/600MWh independent energy storage power station (hereinafter referred to as “haoneng storage power station”) constructed by Huizhou hongye electric power co., ltd (hereinafter referred to as “hongye company”) was successfully put into operation, injecting strong impetus into the construction of new regional power system and green and low-carbon development.
good energy storage power station is the first 220 kV power grid side independent energy storage power station put into operation in Huizhou city. it is located in Shuikou street, Huicheng district, Huizhou city, with a total area of about 27500 square meters. The energy storage system of the project adopts a 35 kV high-voltage direct-hanging scheme and is connected to the power grid after the main transformer is boosted to 220 kV. It is the first energy storage general contracting project of the same voltage grade undertaken by Hongye Company, covering the whole process construction tasks such as cable laying, equipment installation, system debugging and grid connection testing in the energy storage area. After it is put into operation, the power station will be deeply involved in peak shaving, frequency modulation and emergency backup of the power grid, greatly enhance the capacity of new energy consumption, effectively alleviate the power supply pressure in the water gate area, and provide safe, stable and clean power guarantee for local industrial production, people’s livelihood power consumption and the development of industrial parks.
Facing the challenges of heavy battery cabin, high installation safety risk, heavy task of high voltage cable laying and testing, hongye Company quickly deployed 7 young backbone to form a youth commando. Before starting the implementation, the commando team systematically sorted out the whole production process, studied and judged the operational risks in advance, formulated special plans and carried out detailed disclosure to the on-site operation personnel in view of the difficulties such as many system joint debugging projects, tight operation time and heavy coordination tasks. In order to ensure “zero error” in key operations such as protection pressure plate switching and retreating, starting fixed value change, the team and the operation team carried out multiple rounds of fixed value list check one by one, repeatedly confirmed the protection logic and setting parameters, and realized “zero error” input in relay protection.
During the start-up and implementation phase, Hongye Company equipped each operation team with 2 technical support personnel to escort the start-up operation and accurately deal with emergencies. During the start-up process, the operator found that the temperature measurement at the high-voltage bushing clamp of No.1 main transformer was abnormal, resulting in the start-up suspension. The technical team immediately studied and judged on the spot, and after inspection, it was confirmed that the temperature measuring equipment was not used in a standard way. The team immediately started the emergency guarantee plan, arranged special personnel to carry out continuous temperature measurement and monitoring of abnormal points, and carried out standardized operation training for operators to prevent the recurrence of problems. In the face of abnormal operation of SVG equipment, the technical team locked the internal wiring dislocation in only 5 minutes. Subsequently, the joint design and equipment suppliers adjusted the wiring and cleaned up redundant cables quickly eliminated the faults, minimized the start-up delay, and fully demonstrated the efficient fault analysis and professional coordination ability of the youth team.
after 105 days of construction, haoneng storage power station has been successfully put into operation, becoming the 220 kv energy storage power station with the shortest construction period and the fastest grid connection in Huizhou, marking a key step taken by hongye company in the new energy storage field.
