Export volume will continue to grow
Since the beginning of this year, the multi-point export market layout has promoted the steady expansion of the export scale of China’s photovoltaic products. The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products pointed out that in 2026, China’s photovoltaic export volume is expected to continue to grow. At the same time, the trend of market diversification, high-end products, cooperation integration, and normalization of compliance will be further deepened.
In terms of export scale, the general trend of global energy transformation remains unchanged, the demand of traditional markets such as Europe and the United States remains stable, and the demand of emerging markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa continues to grow, providing broad space for the industry. The export market distribution of Chinese enterprises will be more balanced, and the localization layout will be accelerated. The China Chamber of Commerce of Electrical and Mechanical Services predicts that the proportion of overseas production capacity of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises will be further increased in 2026, and enterprises will be deeply integrated into the regional industrial chain by setting up branches, warehousing and logistics centers and production bases overseas.
