For the scientific planning of Chengdu’s energy development blueprint during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the overall ideas, development goals and key tasks in the next five years are clarified, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology took the lead in drafting the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for Energy Development in Chengdu (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)”, which is now open to the public for comments. If you have any suggestions for revision, please send them back to our bureau by email between now and April 26, 2026.
