Recently, during the 14th Energy Storage International Summit and Exhibition, Jinko Energy released a special photovoltaic module for artificial intelligence data centers (AIDC). The component is based on the Flying Tiger 3 technology platform. With six core performances, it accurately adapts AIDC’s high-load, all-weather and high-safety electricity demand. aiming at the special needs of AIDC such as high load, all-weather operation, extreme weather resistance and high safety, jingke energy has built AIDC special photovoltaic modules based on flying tiger 3 platform, with high efficiency, high double-sided rate, high and low radiation response, high fire rating, anti-hail, high mechanical load six core advantages, deep matching data center power characteristics.

Qian Jing, vice president of Jingke Energy, said that the reliability design of the AIDC component has been empirically demonstrated in overseas markets. The United States accounts for nearly half of the world’s more than 11000 data centers, and Jingke-related components have long been applied on a large scale in U.S. data centers, and technologies such as anti-extreme weather are mature enough to provide flagship products that are more suitable for global AIDC scenarios.

compared with BC technology, TOPCon has natural advantages: the double-sided rate is 15% higher than BC technology, and the power generation revenue on the back is significantly ahead. The low irradiation response performance is better, which solves the weak light power generation short board caused by leakage current of BC technology, which is the core advantage determined by physical characteristics. After the launch of the Flying Tiger 3 platform, the positive power and efficiency of the Jingke TOPCon components have been comprehensively improved, while retaining the two core advantages of double-sided rate and weak light power generation, leading the way in comprehensive competitiveness.

from the perspective of the future of technology, the efficiency of crystalline silicon battery is about to reach the mass production limit of 28%, while TOPCon, as a perovskite laminated bottom battery, is relatively mature, and its technical ductility covers the future development cycle of the whole industry. scenario value accurately breaks AIDC’s green electricity demand

according to the policy requirements of “counting east and west”, the proportion of green electricity in newly-built data centers in eight major domestic hubs needs to exceed 80%, and data centers have become the core incremental scenario of photovoltaic industry. Qian Jing pointed out that the cost of electricity consumption in the data center accounts for up to 80%. Direct supply of green power and self-use are the core paths to reduce operating costs, and maximum benefits can be achieved without participating in power market transactions.

The low irradiation response advantage of Jingke AIDC components perfectly fits the rules of time-of-use electricity prices for industry and commerce. In Australia, Shandong, China and other areas of low electricity price and negative electricity price at noon, the high power generation of components in the morning and evening and weak light period corresponds to the peak of electricity price, realizing “power generation” instead of “multi-generation”.
